Our Commitment

TeoVerified is committed to making our website accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to learn about our services, explore verification details, and request access with ease — regardless of ability or the technology they use.

Standards We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), provide a shared standard for web accessibility that meets the needs of individuals, organizations, and governments worldwide.

Our ongoing efforts include:

• Providing descriptive alt text for images so screen readers can convey their meaning
• Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and background elements
• Ensuring all interactive elements — including forms, buttons, and navigation — are accessible by keyboard
• Using a clear heading structure to support screen readers and assistive navigation
• Labeling form fields so assistive technologies can identify their purpose
• Designing pages that are readable and functional across different screen sizes and devices

Current Status

TeoVerified is a new service and our website is actively being developed. We are working to identify and resolve accessibility issues as we build. Some areas of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and we are committed to improving them on an ongoing basis.

We periodically review our site using automated accessibility tools and manual testing to identify areas for improvement.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some content may have limitations we are still working to address. These may include:

• Some images or icons that may not yet have complete alt text descriptions
• Interactive elements such as sliders that may have limited keyboard or screen reader support
